NEW YORK, NY – Alexandra Van Dell, a third generation jewelry designer, has recently launched her exquisite line of rare diamonds set only in 18 karat white gold. The jewelry features G/VS stones and only the finest quality colored gemstones, all hand picked by Alexandra Van Dell herself. These mix-and-match earrings, which were launched in April 2006, were created to fit into women's day-to-night lifestyles. The success has been tremendous, prompting numerous requests and prominent features worldwide. Alexandra Van Dell has been seen at the Grammy's and in Modern Bride, Brides, BusinessWeek, TODAY in NYC, NBC 4, Channel 8 New Haven and ABC 7 Chicago, amongst other affliates of FOX, CBS, NBC and ABC across the nation. The National Jeweler, JCK and the Jewelry Information Center, the industry staples, have featured the designer and her jewelry prominently since the lines launch. Alexandra Van Dell, obtained her MBA from Babson College in 2003 and then moved to New York City to design an elite fine jewelry line for the on-the-go city woman. The designer knew the market well; she summered in the Hampton’s, jet-setted to such international destinations as Cannes and Monaco, and traveled between NYC and Boston for work. The designer has a home in Connecticut, which she shares with her dog Penny. The two are part of a pet visitation program at Yale New Haven Hospital.
